The smallest machine in the full-cube range and the one most bars and cafes actually need. It is self-contained, so the ice maker and a 6 kg store are a single unit that sits under a counter without a separate bin.
A full 36 gram cube, 42 x 45 mm, is dense and slow to melt, which is what a spirits or soft-drink service wants: it chills the glass without watering the drink down inside a few minutes. The machine makes 24 cubes a cycle and 25 kg over 24 hours.
