A storage bin is what turns a modular ice head into a working ice system. Production runs overnight into the bin, so the machine is not fighting the lunch rush in real time and the counter draws from a full reserve at the moment it needs it.
The ST S 200 holds 181 kg. The shell is stainless steel over high density polyurethane foam, and the inner tank is food-safe polyethylene with rounded corners so it can actually be cleaned out properly — a real consideration on a bin that holds product-contact ice. The feet adjust between 130 and 185 mm to line the top of the bin up with the machine above it.
