The 400 kg bin is for operations where ice is a raw material rather than a garnish: banqueting kitchens, fish markets, central production units and any site that has to survive a long power interruption with its cold chain intact.
Construction matches the smaller ST bins — stainless steel shell, high density polyurethane insulation, food-safe polyethylene tank with rounded internal corners. The difference is the reserve. At 400 kg a site can absorb a full day's draw and an evening service without the machine ever catching up in real time.
It accepts the full range of modular heads across the KP, SP, KS, KQ and KFE families.
